It is also not pasteurized so it has all of the essential nutrients and enzymes naturally found in milk. It is loaded with healthy bacteria and beneficial raw fats. Raw milk is good unopened for about 3 weeks. Once opened it needs to be used by 7 days. You can also freeze the milk for longer results.
